Method

Step 1
Combine chocolate mint ice cream, Crème de Menthe, Baileys, vodka, thickened cream, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Drizzle a dash of chocolate sauce at the bottom of your glass. Using the handheld frother, dip it into the chocolate sauce and turn it on to create elegant chocolate rings along the inside of the glass.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.

Top with whipped cream, sprinkle crushed Violet Crumble Mint cubes on top, and finish with a fresh mint leaf for a pop of colour.
