Violet Crumble Pavlova

Ingredients

300ml Thickened Cream
500g Pavlova Base, we bought a pre-made one for ease but you can make your own!
2 cups of seasonal berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
3 fresh passionfruit Mint leaves, for garnish
1 cup Australia’s Violet Crumble cubes, halved
½ cup Australia’s Violet Crumble Nuggets
Icing sugar, to dust

Method

  • Step 1

    Use an electric mixer to whisk the cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.

  • Step 2

    Spoon onto the top of the pavlova.

  • Step 3

    Decorate the top of the pavlova with the fruit.

  • Step 4

    Add Violet Crumble pieces, Violet Crumble Nuggets and mint for garnish.

  • Step 5

    Serve immediately.
