Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

1 single shot (30ml) hot espresso coffee

1 tablespoon of coffee flavoured liqueur (e.g. Kahlua or Tia Maria)

1 cube of Violet Crumble chopped finely
1 cube of Violet Crumble chopped finely
Method

Step 1
Place ice-cream in a heatproof glass.

Step 2
Top with espresso.

Step 3
Add the liqueur.

Step 4
Sprinkle with Violet Crumble.
Can be served as a dessert or a variation to the summer coffee!
