Method

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tray with oil.

Step 2
Cut pre-made cookie dough into 12 even slices and place at the bottom of each muffin tray cup. Bake until edges are golden (approx. 10-12 minutes).

Step 3
Remove muffin tray from oven and make an indentation in each cookie (we used a 1 tbsp measuring cup). Fill each cookie cup with approx. 3 Polly Waffle Bites (cut in half) and 3 mini marshmallows.

Step 4
Return muffin tray back to oven and bake for 1-2 mins longer, or until marshmallows have melted. Cool Polly Waffle cookie cups completely in muffin tray or on a wire rack.
