Menz FruChocs Orange Muffins
Ingredients

Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC or 160 ºC fan forced. Line a twelve hole, 1/3 cup muffin pan with paper cases.

In a medium heat-proof bowl, melt butter and chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.

Add eggs and orange rind. Stir with a wooden spoon until well-combined.

Sift flour and cocoa into the bowl. Lightly fold into mixture until just combined. Add FruChocs Orange halves, mix until all ingredients are combined.

Evenly fill muffin cases with mixture. Sprinkle left over FruChocs Orange pieces on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
